Whether it is weight loss, strength training, or just a great workout Victor customizes all his programs to fit the needs of his clients. Everyone has their own goal, so it takes individualized programs to help them achieve it.

Mary Nash, Yoga Instructor

200 hour Yoga Alliance

Mary is a former gymnast and started practicing yoga a few years after she quit competing. She offers a multi healing approach to her lessons: physical postures to build strength and flexibility as well as grounding with essential oils, meditation, and reiki energy therapy. This combination helps ease the stress of the work week. Mary started teaching Yoga in 2013 and continues searching for new avenues to make her classes accessible and save for students to discover their practice and explore their power.

Cristina has been teaching Zumba in and around Chicago for the last 8 years. With over 150 routines in various genres such as Salsa, merengue, samba, and hip-hop, her style is energetic, easy-to-follow, challenging and, most importantly, fun. She will inspire you and help you immerse yourself in the world of dance fitness.

Jaime Vargas, Spin Instructor

Jaime grew up playing sports and took up weight lighting in high school. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Dance from Columbia College, he also became a certified personal trainer. As an instructor, Jaime works to push his participants to their limit while also encouraging them to have fun, be upbeat, and bring positivity.
